Mission Statement
Our mission is to become the leading independent supplier of parts, remanufactured components and equipment to the global mining, quarry and heavy construction industries. We provide our customers with a superior alternative to many of the traditional OEM channels by combining quality, competitive pricing and responsiveness.
H-E Parts International was founded in 2006 with a core mission to strategically combine leaders in the aftermarket parts and components. Since its founding, H-E Parts International has acquired 7 companies with over 200 years of combined history. Together, these companies offer solutions in support of surface mining equipment fleets, crushing and materials processing and mobile construction equipment fleets. The enterprise operates in 4 continents with 26 operating centers located near the world’s major mining centers.
Core to its mission, H-E Parts companies are independent from the original equipment manufacturers. In remaining independent, our companies have been able to dramatically increase our flexibility in serving customers. Not constrained by traditional “dealer” boundaries, we bring engineering, quality and value to our customers. Many of our products are developed in concert with our customer’s wishes to increase productivity, durability and longevity.
