H-E Parts International Names Felipe DeBedout as President of H-E Parts Distribution

Atlanta – Monday, September 14th, 2009 – H-E Parts International today announced it has appointed Felipe DeBedout, President of H-E Parts Distribution (www.h-eparts.com). H-E Parts Distribution, formed in July 2009 from the merger of TractoAmerica, Inc., GETCO LTD and GraceTrack Services, is an international supplier of quality off-highway aftermarket parts. Commenting on the appointment, J.P. Richard, CEO and Founder of H-E Parts International (www.h-epartsinternational.com) said “Adding Mr. DeBedout to our management team completes the integration of our distribution businesses we began earlier this year.” He added “HE Parts Distribution is a key company in our portfolio, well positioned for growth. Felipe’s experience is keenly aligned with our plans to grow this business.”

DeBedout, former Global Parts Region Manager, Latin American Operations with Navistar Inc. (NYSE, NAV), comes to H-E Parts Distribution with a strong technical and sales background. With prior oversight of the $50M group operating in 22 countries, he has the experience to lead this division and achieve its growth objectives. “Felipe has a track record of increasing market share and growing business units”, commented Michael Coffey, Vice President, H-E Parts International, “we are very pleased to have him join the group in this important role.”

As President, H-E Parts Distribution, Felipe DeBedout will report to Michael Coffey. He resides in Miami, Florida and will maintain his office at the H-E Parts Distribution regional operation in Miami.
