H-E Parts International Announces the Formation of H-E Parts Distribution, Inc.

H-E Parts Distribution is the merger of TractoAmerica, Grace Track Service and Getco Ltd. into a single equipment parts company with warehouses in Seattle, Des Moines, Toronto, Atlanta and Miami. The new company will supply high quality aftermarket replacement Engine Parts, Undercarriage, Ground Engaging Tools and Specialty Casting Services to customers in the Americas. H-E Parts Distribution will officially begin operations on July 1, 2009.

H-E Parts Distribution combines over 130 years of quality customer service from key locations in North America to further improve the value we provide to our customer. The new company will maintain all distribution rights and licenses currently enjoyed by TractoAmerica, Grace Track Service and Getco Ltd. The full product line will be marketed and available from all distribution sales locations.

Online services will be available at H-E Parts Distribution’s new website www.h-eparts.com. Current websites of TractoAmerica, Grace Track Service and Getco Ltd. will remain functional indefinitely. Those websites are www.getcoltd.com ; www.tractoamerica.com ; and www.gracetrackservice.com. All existing phone numbers will remain in place.
