H-E parts International Names Michael Coffey, Vice President Marketing and Business DevelopmentH-E PARTS INTERNATIONAL, A GLOBAL LEADER IN THE SUPPLY OF QUALITY NON-OEM PARTS, EQUIPMENT AND REMANUFACTURING SERVICES TO THE WORLDWIDE MINING AND HEAVY CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES NAMES MICHAEL COFFEY, VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Atlanta – Monday, June 9, 2008 – H-E Parts International, LLC, today announced the appointment of Michael Coffey to Vice President Marketing and Business Development. Atlanta-based H-E Parts International (www.h-epartsinternational.com) is headed by J.P. Richard, the former CEO of Massey Ferguson and AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AG), a global leader in farm equipment and parts distribution, and is funded by Frontenac Company (www.Frontenac.com), a Chicago-based private equity firm. J.P. Richard was also formerly the CEO of Pro Mach, Inc., another company financed by Frontenac. J.P. Richard said, “H-E Parts International is a new company formed with the objective of becoming the premier non-OEM global supplier of quality parts, equipment and remanufacturing services to the worldwide mining and heavy construction industries. Michael Coffey completes the formation of our senior management team and adds valuable industry and customer experience to the company.” Coffey, former Vice President Equipment Services, Oldcastle Materials, Inc. a CRH Corporation and global leader in aggregate, asphalt and ready-mix materials (NYSE: CRH) managed a multibillion dollar fleet consisting of over 42,000 construction and quarry assets. Prior to joining Oldcastle, Coffey was General Manager of a US based Komatsu Distributor. J.P. Richard “We are especially excited about Michael’s insights as a large fleet manager. As Vice President Marketing and Business Development, Michael Coffey will report to J.P. Richard working to expand the products/services and customer base of the company as well as facilitate the development of the many synergies among the various H-E Parts International companies.
