Gina Midha

Corporate Controller

Gina Midha joined H-E Parts International in July 2006 as Corporate Controller. In this role, Gina is responsible for all financial and management reporting, tax compliance, and budgeting functions. Additionally, she leads the benefits and risk management functions in the US. Gina has extensive accounting and financial reporting experience in both the private and public sectors, including serving as Corporate Controller of Pro Mach, Inc. (integrated packaging products and solutions) and Financial Reporting Manager and Accounting Manager at AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AG). Gina's background also includes considerable experience with the purchase accounting required in connection with stock and asset purchase acquisitions and assistance with the due diligence on the deals.

Gina graduated from the University of Texas and maintains a Certified Public Accountant designation.

Kent Phillips

Director of Sourcing and Product Development

Kent Phillips joined H-E Parts International November 2008 as Director of Sourcing and Product Development. Mr. Phillips brings 36 years of experience in the heavy-duty construction and mining industry. He has worked with several leading aftermarket parts distribution companies in North America. Mr. Phillips has acquired extensive international experience in sales, sales management, marketing and sourcing.

In his role as Director of Sourcing and Product Development, Mr. Phillips works closely with all H-E Parts International companies to leverage sourcing and product synergies.

Prior to joining H-E Parts International, Mr. Philips worked for Brake Supply Company, Inc. of Evansville, Indiana in Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and Sales Management both Domestic and International. He also was a Sales Manager for Perfection Hydraulics in Evansville, Indiana and later worked with American Crane and Tractor and Regal Corporation of Knoxville, Tennessee in sales management, marketing and domestic and international sourcing.

Michelle Robless

Australia Financial Controller

Michelle Robless joined HE Parts Australia Holdings in July 2009 as Financial Controller. Michelle brings 20 years experience in Management Accounting from both the private and public sectors. Michelle is responsible for all aspects of the overall accounting function for the Australian group, including financial and management reporting, budgeting and statutory and tax compliance.

Prior to joining HE Parts, Michelle was employed for over 13 years as the Financial Controller for our Australian subsidiary, Crushing & Mining Equipment. In this role she was a part of the management team and was responsible for the Accounting, Administration, Information Technology, Purchasing and Distribution departments.

Michelle’s time at CME and previous experience at Whittakers Limited (timber industry), as Company Accountant, has equipped her with extensive experience in process flows, job costing and manufacturing accounting, which has enabled her to successfully implement new ERP systems across multiple sites within the organization.
